Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! All foods, supplies, decorations and merchandise can be shipped internationally. Go through the checkout process to see a quote for international shipping costs.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Phoenix Arizona, using the United States Postal Service. All orders come with a tracking number to see updated reports about where your package is and when you can expect it to arrive at your home. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details on the day we ship your order.

 


How long does it take to ship?


Usually within 1 business day via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class Mail), which generally takes 3-5 days. Shipping is Free for all orders over $15, within the United States of America. When any order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you have specific needs for when you want something sent, please contact us before placing an order at Sales@InvertAquatics.com.

 


Do you accept returns or exchanges?


We accept returns for all food, supplies, decorations and merchandise. Please contact us at Sales@InvertAquatics.com to request a return. 
 


Do you wholesale your specialty foods or animals?


Yes, we can arrange for wholesale orders of our Branded, Copper-Free Specialty Foods. Please contact Sales@InvertAquatics.com for wholesale inquiries. We are happy to wholesale our Foods to online vendors upon confirmation of your website.
