Banana Plant (Nymphoides aquatica)

Named after the banana shaped root system this plant has, it is quite hardy in most aquariums. Grows 6+ Inches and is known to grown fully submerged as well as partially submerged. Do not plant the full root system into your substrate. Instead, gently push down 1/4 of the banana shaped roots keeping the majority exposed. Great as a foreground plant, also can be kept in lower lighting conditions.
